Tuesday 25 June, 2024 18:00 - 19:00 New Entrants September 2024 - Parents Meeting 18:00 - 19:00 There will be an information evening for new parents at school on Tuesday 25th June 2024. The evening will start at 18:00 and it will be very helpful if all parents are able to attend. In addition to receiving important information about starting at Queen Elizabeth’s, there will be an opportunity for you to meet the staff who will be responsible for the pastoral care of your child next year. There will also be displays of school uniform by our suppliers and information from our caterers. The meeting is expected to finish shortly after 19:00. We look forward to meeting you. Thursday 4 July, 2024 08:30 - 15:15 Transition Day for Yr6 students Transferring to Year 7 in September 2024 08:30 - 15:15 We are arranging a whole day visit to the school on Thursday 4th July 2024, for our new cohort of students. Because of this, it would be preferable if you could make arrangements to leave your child at home on the evening of 25th June. We hope that all of our new intake will be able to join us on 4th July, the date has been circulated to primary headteachers so that clashes can hopefully be avoided. If your child cannot join us on that day, please let us know so that we can arrange for them to attend our alternative induction date. Unfortunately, if this happens we will not be able to offer the full range of activities which will take place on the 4th July.
